\u00a0 huevos<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3\/4 tz. o 165g\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 mantequilla derretida<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1\/4 tz. o 60 ml.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 jugo de lim\u00f3n Meyer<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #29290a;\"><strong>INGREDIENTES PARA EL ALM\u00cdBAR:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>1\/3 tz. o 60 ml.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 jugo de naranja<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>INSTRUCCIONES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ol><li><strong>PRECALIENTE<\/strong> el horno a 325\u00b0F \/ 165\u00b0C.<\/li><li>E<strong>NGRASE<\/strong> y <strong>ENHARINE<\/strong> un molde de 10cm x 20 cm.<\/li><li><strong>MEZCLE<\/strong> en un recipiente hondo, la leche, los huevos, la mantequilla y el jugo de lim\u00f3n hasta lograr una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/li><li><strong>A\u00d1ADA<\/strong>\u00a0a la mezcla anterior el contenido de la premezcla del cake e incorp\u00f3rela con un batidor manual o con un tenedor suavemente hasta que desaparezcan los grumos.\u00a0 Vierta la mezcla en el molde.<\/li><li><strong>HORNEE<\/strong> de 55 a 60 min. hasta que al insertar un palito o cuchillo en el centro del cake, este salga limpio.<\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">VIERTA <\/strong>el<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> SOBRE<\/strong> <strong>MAGICO<\/strong> #1 (granulado) en una olla peque\u00f1a y a\u00f1ada el jugo de naranja o lim\u00f3n Meyer.\u00a0 Caliente y mezcle hasta disolver el az\u00facar, una vez que llegue a punto de ebullici\u00f3n, bajar el fuego y cocinar por 3 minutos tapado.<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">PINCHE <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">el cake con un palillo, unas 20 veces por toda la superficie y ba\u00f1e el cake con la mezcla del alm\u00edbar utilizando una brocha o una cuchara para cubrir todo el cake.\u00a0 Deje secar unos minutos y repita hasta que toda la mezcla de alm\u00edbar se haya absorbido.<\/span><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">REPOSE <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">el cake durante 15 min.\u00a0 Pase un cuchillo despegando el cake de las paredes del molde.\u00a0 Si us\u00f3 un molde met\u00e1lico, golpee el <\/span>molde suavemente contra la superficie, por todos los lados hasta despegar el cake y desmolde.\u00a0 Su utiliz\u00f3 un molde de silicona, solo pase el cuchillo y se desprender\u00e1 con facilidad.<\/li><li>\u00a0<strong>MEZCLE<\/strong> el <strong>SOBRE M\u00c1GICO<\/strong> #2 (polvo) con 1 cucharada de jugo de naranja o de lim\u00f3n meyer.\u00a0 Si lo quieres m\u00e1s blanco puedes usar leche y si lo quieres m\u00e1s cremoso puedes usar crema de leche, mezcla hasta formar un glaseado liso y algo espeso.<\/li><li><strong>CUBRA<\/strong> el cake <strong>FR\u00cdO<\/strong> con el glaseado aplic\u00e1ndolo en el centro de un extremo al otro, y deje caer por los lados.\u00a0 Deje secar por 10 min.<\/li><li><strong>NUNCA<\/strong> aplique el glaseado en el cake tibio, el glaseado se derretir\u00e1.<\/li><li>Si tiene en casa unas almendras laminadas, puede tostarlas ligeramente en el horno y espolvorearlas encima del glaseado, se ver\u00e1 incre\u00edble.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
