Una vez dorados los tocinos sacar en un papel absorbente y reservar. En la grasa del tocino m\u00e1s el ghee, fre\u00edr las cebollas hasta caramelizar, retirarlas junto con el tocino escurriendo la grasa.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">En el mismo sart\u00e9n a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s ghee o aceite si es necesario, saltear los champi\u00f1ones, sazonar con sal, pimienta, or\u00e9gano y tomillo. Una vez dorados a\u00f1adir las cebollas y tocino.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">A\u00d1ADIR el harina, mezclar bien con las cebollas para que no queden grumos.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">A\u00f1adir el vino y mezclar bien, dejar evaporar unos segundos mezclando.<br><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">A\u00d1ADIR la leche y mezclar vigorosamente, poco a poco empieza a espesar.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">A\u00d1ADIR la salsa de soya y el queso, cocinar a fuego bajo y mezclando hasta que el queso se derrita y quede todo unificado.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">A\u00d1ADIR al final el jerez seco y sazonar con sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">SERVIR inmediatamente o enfriar y refrigerar hasta que desee usar, es necesario calentar antes de servir, \u00a1es un DIP CALIENTE!
